Best cuticle remover Dec 21, 2008
By S. C. Smith Blue Cross Cuticle remover is the best there is but for some reason, it isn't sold in retail stores. It also removes stains from fingers and hands. It is reasonably priced because the bottle lasts for quite a long time. A great bargain if you don't get squeezed by the shipping charges.
