 WHY IS IT SHEER May 01, 2011

After buying this OPI brand, and the color is Hearts & Tarts. I was surprised when I opened the bottle, and saw that it was sheer. Disapointed, and baffled, because I buy OPI lacquers; and never have I seen them sheer, and thin. Even the light colors give you opaque coverage. So I went to the store, and opened a bottle of the same color, and another color, Sugar Daddy, and it was not sheer at all; two coats will give solid coverage. Maybe this comes from another Country.
