This warmer is great. I love the adjustable temperature features and the that it has 2 on/off switches for if you are only using one warmer. It fits all the waxes that I have bought and it ended up being a kit with extra stuff, which I did not expect. Great value! Very satisfied.

the product received did not look like the picture. when i called the manufacturer disappointed after getting a larger, round unit, they told me that the pictured unit has been discontinued and they sent me the "newer" one. the unit works fine, but really? get a new picture please!! the manufacture promised a can of wax for the "confusion", though one was never sent. unit works fine, but don't expect what you see in the picture.

Item was shipped promptly and is as described. No other kit equipment just warmers and lid sent. Works very well for pricing, I would suggest buying whole kit though as you spend a tiny bit more assembling all needed to do wax services, and saves time running around assembling said products.

I really like this wax warmer. I am an esthetician and bought this warmer for personal use at home for myself, family, and close friends. It works great. I especially like the plastic "bubbles" that cover the on/off switches, as they protect the switches from spilled wax (which happens frequently). I also LOVE the adjustable heat settings. My one complaint: my favorite type of wax is Escential wax and the cans are 14.5 oz. When I got my Satin Smooth double wax warmer, I had already purchased my Escential wax. I had to force the cans into the warmer...but I didn't think anything of it...until I tried to remove one. I have been unsuccessful in my attempt to remove the cans. When I spoke to a Satin Smooth rep at a convention, they informed me that Escential is one of the few waxes that does not fit in the Satin Smooth wax warmers. Satin Smooth should have a disclaimer in their product description stating that maximum size of wax that it can hold. I love this product because of what I mentioned above, but I would not have purchased it had I known I couldn't use my favorite wax with it! That is why I assigned a 3/5 stars.

love this warmer. i have three of them. temp control is consistent and subtly adjustable. easy to clean, easy to turn the dials. takes up relatively little space. cons: if you have larger cans of wax, ie taller cans, they do not allow the lid to shut, which is a bummer because i travel with this machine, and i don't use sati smooth wax, which is in the short cans; once you get any amount of wax in the latching mechanism, it doesn't function at optimum.i would give it a 5 star, except for these two cons.
